Mobile Deal Sites

People Are Looking For Deals

There are currently over 800 daily deal websites that assist local merchants in advertising time-sensitive, heavily discounts deals to consumers via online and mobile websites.

How it Works

1.   We find the right site. They are location-specific. In addition to the big names, there are niche sites targeting specific cities or industries. .

2. Investigate site demographics. Like any marketing venue, daily deal sites maintain data about customer demographics. We work to analyze  information about the typical customer profile to match your target market.

3. Negotiate the contract.  We understand the agreement you’re entering into with a daily deal site, including such factors as when you will get paid  and how the deal  site is paid.

4.    Preparation. Typically, daily deal sites receive a percentage of the sales— sometimes 50 percent or more. So we calculate whether you will earn enough to justify participating, and whether you are financially and operationally prepared to fulfill all the vouchers you may sell.

Effective

The daily deal craze is still one of the most popular consumer-internet trends around. It is essentially a sales tactic employed by websites (ie. Groupon, Social Living) in which they offer consumers limited time discounts on coupons to local merchants.  A majority of these offers are now viewed by consumers each morning on mobile devices.

The coupon, also known as a voucher, functions similar to a gift card with  a specific amount and a specific time to be redeemed, for example three months. Daily deal websites and apps offer consumers deep discounts; a typical deal is $50 worth of food for $25, but consumers only have 24 hours to purchase or they miss out.

Daily deal sites have disrupted local advertising space and increased confusion amongst small business. At IR1 Mobile, we work with our clients to evaluate, negotiate, execute and evaluate a successful daily deal promotion.
